Adapted by KosherEye.com Ingredients: 5 pounds potatoes, cooked and mashed Directions: Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Brown meat and set it aside. Sauté onions and garlic; add meat, corn, egg, and seasonings. Layer as follows: Bake for about 1 1/2 hours Notes: Yield: 8 – 10 servings. Pie serving estimates are variable, based upon appetizers, salads and side dishes served alongside the pie. Leftovers of this delicious pie are wonderful, so don't hesitate to make extra.
